The Expo Center welcomes an exciting new show to Glen Rose when AJRA moves into town Monday, Monday July 26 for a full 6 days. The American Junior Rodeo Association holds their finals in Glen Rose at the Expo Center for the first time this week. The AJRA was founded in 1952 and was founded on Christian principles. Contestants participate in rodeo events and is modeled after the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.

It's been years...but it is back. The community has expressed a great interest in bringing back the Midland County Fair which hasn't been held in Midland in over 40 years. With the great work of a fair board, committee and volunteers, 2010 will host the Midland County Fair this August. Be a part of it, volunteer, enjoy the event....the fair welcomes your input.
